Welcome to the Lifestyle Adviser Support Service (LASS)

Service Evaluation

LASS constantly monitors and evaluates its service and the impact that it has upon clients and their health.  The continuing monitoring and evaluation of the service is very positive, in terms of client experience, health status, behaviour change and project management.  The reports below demonstrate the service effectiveness in terms of positive health outcomes for clients who have used the service.

As well as formally monitoring and evaluating the service, LASS also asks those people who have used the service for their feedback and comments. 

The reported level of client satisfaction with the service is high.  91% of clients claimed to be very satisfied or satisfied with LASS.  89% of clients said they would come back to the service if they had a need in future and the 91% would be willing to recommend the service to their family and friends.
